Its centerpiece is the 32-acre Lake Arbor inside the city's 60-acre Lake Arbor Community Park at 6450 Pomona Drive, with a 1-mile loop trail, fishing piers and a non-motorized boat rule, and the 1.5-mile Discovery Trail starts at the park. The city-owned Lake Arbor Golf Course, 18 holes at 8600 Wadsworth Boulevard that opened in 1972, and the Lake Arbor Center's 25-yard outdoor pool at 7451 West 83rd Way sit on the neighborhood's edges. The Lake Arbor Homeowners Association charges $35 per year for covenant enforcement and a calendar of park and pool events.
