Robby Ferrufino Park faces the subdivision from 8925 W 74th Avenue with a soccer field, a reservable pavilion and a playground scheduled for an all-abilities rebuild starting in spring 2027. Majestic View Park's 80 acres of trails, Oberon Lake and nature center begin about four-tenths of a mile south on W 72nd Avenue, and the 72-acre Two Ponds National Wildlife Refuge is under a mile north at W 80th and Kipling. Kipling carries RTD bus service past the west edge; Wadsworth Boulevard is about 10 minutes and I-70 about 15.
