Crystal Lakes is a small pocket of single-family homes on Arvada's eastern edge, built between roughly 1975 and 1995 on lots of 0.15 to 0.25 acres around W 62nd Avenue and Osceola Way, in the slice of the city east of Sheridan Boulevard that the Hyland Hills park district serves. Water views are the draw, and the closest public water is Jim Baker Reservoir at 5994 Tennyson Street, where a 1.4-mile loop trail circles the lake past a fishing pier and a large playground.
