The 72-acre Two Ponds National Wildlife Refuge borders the neighborhood, with trailheads at 9210 W 80th Avenue and at W 77th and Kipling and a loop through prairie, woodland and wetland used by more than 120 bird species. Club Crest Park North at 9188 W 77th Place has a ball field, a playground and a tennis-pickleball court, and Arvada Volunteer Firefighters Park on W 84th adds two more ball fields. Wadsworth Boulevard and its RTD bus routes are a 3-minute drive east, and I-76 is about 8 minutes.
