Ralston Valley

Ralston Valley is a broad mid-Arvada corridor split by West 64th Avenue, its north side filled with ranches, split-levels and two-story homes from the 1980s and 1990s on lots of roughly 0.12 to 0.25 acres. The south side is dominated by Wyndham Park, a 421-home Village Homes subdivision built from 1997 to 2015 with 1,700 to 4,200 finished square feet, where the larger and newer plans concentrate. The Ralston Creek Trail, Arvada's longest at 12.5 paved miles from Gold Strike Park to Arvada Blunn Reservoir, runs through the middle and links Ralston Valley Park, Shadow Mountain Park and Maple Valley Park. Apex Center at 13150 West 72nd Avenue is about a mile north on Simms Street, with two NHL-size ice rinks, a 23,000-square-foot indoor water park and three gymnasiums. Simms Street and Ward Road put I-70 about 10 minutes away and US-36 about 15.
