Horton subdivision between Quaker Street and W 77th Drive in northwest Arvada, built from 2006 to 2014 with two-story and ranch plans of 2,250 to 5,700 finished square feet on lots of a quarter to three-quarters of an acre. Every home has a three-car garage, most have walk-out lower levels, and the Spring Mesa HOA covers common-ground maintenance and trash. Homes back to Spring Mesa Open Space, which the 2-mile Moon Gulch trails link to Tucker Lake Open Space and the 4.75-mile Leyden Creek Trail, with Quaker Acres Park and the 1.4-mile Tucker Lake loop nearby. Indiana Street (SH-72) is about 5 minutes away, SH-93 about 10 and I-70 about 15.
