This is the Centennial Fairways, recorded as The Fairways of South Suburban in three filings between 1994 and 2004 on the north side of E. County Line Road between S. Colorado Boulevard and S. Holly Street. It is a different place from the Fairways at Lone Tree, which sits about four miles southeast by the Lone Tree Golf Club. Roughly 125 houses stand on 5,000 to 7,000 square foot lots, many with walk-out basements, backing onto the 200-acre South Suburban Golf Course at 7900 S. Colorado Boulevard, and the seven-acre Linksview Park on E. Links Parkway sits in the same block. Dues cover the pool, tennis courts, snow removal, and trash. County Line Road reaches the C-470 interchange at Colorado Boulevard in about three minutes.
