Mountain Rangeview is a mapped Littleton neighborhood in Arapahoe County holding roughly 52 custom homes built between 1953 and 2005 on half acre to two acre lots, many of them horse zoned and running 3,000 to 6,000 finished square feet. Irregular parcel shapes and mature trees give the streets, among them South Rangeview Drive, Shadycroft Drive and West Jackass Hill Road, a rural grain that the surrounding grid does not have. The neighborhood runs north from West Mineral Avenue toward Ridgewood Park, which sits about a mile up. Heritage High School is a few blocks west on South Windermere Street, and the D Line's Mineral station is under a mile away on South Platte River Parkway.
