Miramonte was platted across several filings in the late 1990s and early 2000s, mixing the 278-unit Miramonte Ranch Condominiums with ranch and split-level detached houses on lots of a tenth to a fifth of an acre. Eagle Trace Golf Club runs the full length of the eastern boundary along Main Street, and Miramonte Park and Discovery Park both sit inside the street grid. Miramonte Boulevard carries traffic west toward Lac Amora and east to Main Street, with US-36 about five minutes south. Boulder Valley assigns the area to Kohl Elementary, Broomfield Heights Middle, and Broomfield High.
