Single-family houses of 1,800 to 3,000 sq ft, three to four bedrooms with attached two-car garages, went up between 1990 and 2003 on lots of about 0.12 to 0.18 acres. Mature street trees give these blocks more canopy than newer subdivisions carry. Willow Run Park covers 3.18 acres at Willow Run Parkway and Bryant Street, with a pond, a native area, a playground, a soccer field, and trails that run south into Willow Run Open Space. Zuni Street runs along the east edge, and I-25 is about two miles east, near a five minute drive, while US-36 is closer to ten minutes away.
