Pradera is unincorporated Douglas County on the Parker side of the county, not inside Castle Rock. The clubhouse address reads 5225 Raintree Drive, Parker 80134, and downtown Parker is about six miles north while downtown Castle Rock sits nearly the same distance southwest. Celebrity Custom Homes has built here since 2004, placing ranch and two story plans on lots of 0.6 to more than 3 acres. The Club at Pradera wraps the community around a Jim Engh course now run by Arcis Golf, with a clubhouse for dining, a fitness center and racquet courts.
