Falcon Homes built 301 houses here between 1995 and 1999, mixing two-story, ranch, and tri-level plans on lots that range from 6,000 square feet to a third of an acre. The street pattern wraps the east side of the Lone Tree Golf Club, the 18-hole Arnold Palmer course South Suburban Parks and Recreation runs, and keeps a green space of its own in the middle. Cook Creek Park and its pool sit at the north end, and the Willow Creek Trail is reachable from there. Lincoln Avenue runs along the south edge and reaches I-25 in about a mile and a half, with Lone Tree Elementary a half mile east.
