Hampden Hills fills the blocks south of Hampden Ave and east of Tower Rd in ZIP 80013, built from 1980 to 1999 with a mix of ranch, bi-level, tri-level and two-story plans that average around 1,700 square feet. A greenbelt runs through the middle as the Hampden Hills Greenbelt Trail, linking toward Sunrise Park at 3960 South Genoa Way, where Sunrise Elementary sits beside the playground, and Orange Park to the north. Horizon Middle School is about a half mile west near Reservoir Rd, and Quincy Reservoir's 3.5-mile trail loop is roughly a mile southwest. Shopping and dining line Hampden Ave 2 minutes away, and I-225 is about 10 minutes west.
