Aurora Knolls-Hutchinson Heights spans the mile between Hampden Avenue and Yale Avenue from Buckley Road to Tower Road. Aurora Knolls South was platted in 1968 and 1969, and Hutchinson Heights followed in 28 filings from 1974 to 1999, so 1970s split-levels, bi-levels and ranches on the west side give way to 1990s two-story homes farther east. West Toll Gate Creek cuts through the north half under mature cottonwoods and Tower Park sits in the interior, with Quincy Reservoir about five minutes south and Cherry Creek State Park roughly ten minutes west.
