Kingsborough lies between Yale Avenue and Iliff Avenue from Chambers Road to Buckley Road, on the Aurora Public Schools side of Hampden Avenue. Its eight filings were platted from 1972 to 1979, with Kingsborough Knolls added in 1978, so the single-family stock is 1970s ranches, split-levels and two-story homes with the mature trees five decades bring. Olympic Park and Wheel Park, with its skate bowl and turf field, sit inside the neighborhood, Horseshoe Natural Area is just north across Iliff, and Meadowood Park is south across Yale. Rangeview High School stands at the Iliff and Buckley corner and I-225 is about six minutes west on Iliff. Aurora Public Schools assign Yale Elementary and Columbia Middle before Rangeview; verify by address.
