Stapleton Aurora is a set of four Aurora plat filings recorded from 2015 to 2019 along 25th and 26th avenues, from Dallas Street east toward Peoria, on the former Stanley Aviation grounds inside the city's North Aurora neighborhood. Housing here is multi-family, about a dozen apartment buildings including Stanley House plus a few townhome rows, while the single-family blocks of the redevelopment lie across the line in Denver's Central Park. Stanley Marketplace, a 140,000-square-foot 1954 aviation plant reopened in December 2016 with about 50 vendors, anchors the strip, with Moorhead Recreation Center on Havana Street a half mile east and the Sand Creek Regional Greenway and 123-acre Bluff Lake Nature Center a mile northeast. Havana Street reaches I-70 in about 5 minutes, the A Line and R Line share Peoria Station under 2 miles away, and Northfield sits 4 miles north in Denver.
