Tallyn's Reach spreads along South Tallyn's Reach Parkway south of Arapahoe Road and about a mile east of E-470, with Craftsman-styled single-family homes built from 2000 to 2015 on cul-de-sac lots of 0.15 to 0.35 acres. Dues of $86 to $95 a month fund the community pool, tennis courts and the landscaping that lines the parkways. Red-Tailed Hawk Park and Golden Eagle Park sit on the western side, Black Forest Hills Elementary is inside the neighborhood on East Glasgow Drive, and Fox Ridge Middle and Cherokee Trail High, home to an IB program, are about a mile and a half northeast on Arapahoe Road.
