Inspiration occupies the hilltops of northeast Douglas County under an Aurora mailing address, laid out along Inspiration Drive south of E-470's Gartrell Road interchange. The all-ages side, where Lennar built, is sold out, and the 55+ age-qualified Hilltop section is being finished by Pulte, Toll Brothers, American Legend and Lennar's Heritage line with ranch and two-story plans of roughly 1,700 to 4,100 square feet on 0.10 to 0.20 acre lots.
