Greenfield fills the blocks north of E Arapahoe Road directly across from Grandview High School, about 1.5 miles west of E-470. Its two-story, ranch and multi-level homes date from the 1990s through the mid-2000s on 0.10 to 0.20 acre lots, an earlier build era than the metro-district subdivisions east of the tollway. The homeowners association runs an outdoor pool and clubhouse near the center of the subdivision, Upper Greenfield Park sits on the north side, and the trail network ties into the surrounding open space.
