Seven Hills is a late 1970s and 1980s subdivision north of E Hampden Avenue and east of S Tower Road, roughly 20 miles from downtown Denver, with split-level, ranch and two-story homes and townhome rows on 0.10 to 0.20 acre lots under mature trees. Seven Hills Park at 3000 S Ceylon Way anchors the middle of the neighborhood, a separate playground and an unpaved greenbelt trail run along the west side, and a signed local bike route loops through the streets. Arrowhead Elementary fronts E Bates Avenue inside the subdivision, and the Seven Hills Plaza shops line the Hampden frontage at 18511 E Hampden Avenue. Cherry Creek State Park is about 10 minutes west via Hampden, Parker Road is a similar drive, and Smoky Hill Road runs 2 to 3 miles to the south rather than past the neighborhood.
