The 3.5-mile shoreline trail, fishing and boating are the draw (the reservoir prohibits wading, swimming and paddleboarding), and the city's Aqua Vista Park on East Wagon Trail Circle sits inside the neighborhood with Marina Park on East Grand Ave at its west edge. The Tollgate Creek Trail leaves the reservoir northbound toward the High Line Canal Trail at DeLaney Farm. Tower Rd forms the west boundary, Smoky Hill Library on South Biscay Circle is about a half mile south, and E-470 is roughly 2 miles east.
