The Conservatory lines both sides of S Conservatory Parkway, a two to four lane spine with striped bike lanes that runs north-south between E Quincy Avenue and E Jewell Avenue west of E-470, about 21 miles southeast of downtown Denver. Homes went up between 2000 and 2012 in Craftsman, ranch and New Traditional plans on 0.10 to 0.25 acre lots, with brick, stone or vinyl facades and wide sidewalks on every street. Concrete paths named Conservatory Trail South, Conservatory Trail Mid and the Conservatory West Regional Trail stitch the pocket parks and open-space preserves together, and the Conservatory Community Center sits near the parkway's north end. Aurora Frontier P-8 fronts the parkway inside the subdivision, and the E-470 ramps at Quincy Avenue are about 1.5 miles east.
