Blackstone wraps a Jay Morrish 18-hole course with homes built from 2002 onward by Lennar and a roster of custom builders, most of them 3,800 square feet or larger with 4 to 6 bedrooms, full basements and 3-car garages on lots from 0.15 to half an acre. The club at 7777 South Country Club Parkway is run by Invited, formerly ClubCorp, and pairs with Black Bear Golf Club in Parker, so one membership covers 36 holes plus the fitness center, pool, tennis and pickleball courts and the Fireside dining room. Golf membership stays optional for homeowners. Fox Ridge Middle and Cherokee Trail High sit about a mile and a half north on Arapahoe Road, E-470 is a 3-minute drive west, and Aurora Reservoir is roughly 10 minutes north.
