Sable-Altura-Chambers is the wedge north of Colfax Avenue between I-225 and Chambers Road, reaching up to Sand Creek. Its plats span decades, from Wiley Heights in 1952 through Sable Village in 1971 and 1972, Sableridge in 1977 to 1979 and Sable Cove in 1981, so brick ranches sit beside condos, townhomes and manufactured homes on the same blocks.
