Ravenna is a gated development in unincorporated Douglas County that carries a Littleton 80125 address, roughly 200 custom homes on half acre to two acre lots that began going up in 2005. The 18-hole course runs below walls of red sandstone and stands of gambel oak and pine, and Golfweek has ranked it a top 100 residential course ten years running. A clubhouse completed in 2022 brought the La Bella Vita pool and fitness center in with it. Roxborough State Park, 3,339 acres and a National Natural Landmark since 1980, sits just south, and the drive out follows North Rampart Range Road to Titan Road, about 15 minutes to C-470.
