Fifty-eight houses on a short run of streets that broke away from The Charter's association in 2005 to form their own, giving the pocket separate covenants and dues. The homes date from the 1990s and early 2000s and run large for their lots, which abut the west side of the Lone Tree Golf Club. Cook Creek Park and its pool are about half a mile northeast, and the Willow Creek Trail can be picked up there for the route north toward the High Line Canal. Lincoln Avenue is a mile south and runs straight east to I-25 and the Sky Ridge medical campus, with Bluffs Regional Park about the same distance in the other direction.
