Bear Creek Village is a Richmond American subdivision of roughly 470 homes between Morrison Rd and S Youngfield St, built across two decades from 1990 to 2012, so early and late blocks sit side by side. Two-story and ranch plans run 2,500 to 6,500 finished square feet on lots of about a fifth to half an acre. Bear Creek Lake Park opens just south, 2,624 acres at 15600 W. Morrison Road with a swim beach, campsites, an archery range, and Big Soda Lake. Fox Hollow and the Homestead, both run by the City of Lakewood, plus Bear Creek Golf Club put three courses within two miles. US-285 is about five minutes out and C-470 about ten.
