Coyote Gulch

Coyote Gulch takes its name from the 44 acre park on Green Mountain's south slope, and its houses went up between 1975 and 1995 on cul-de-sac lots of an eighth to a fifth of an acre, with the higher streets catching mountain views. Dues are minimal where they exist at all. Coyote Gulch Park at 2501 S. Gladiola Way carries a competition baseball field, a basketball court, a play field, picnic tables, and permanent restrooms, ringed by a 0.9 mile paved trail. That path continues north to Forsberg Park, Solterra, and William F. Hayden Park. W Jewell Ave crosses the area and S Kipling Pkwy runs south toward C-470 in about ten minutes.
