Edgewood fills Lakewood's northeast corner along the Edgewater line, post war ranches and farmhouses beside Tudor Revival and Spanish Colonial Revival cottages and later condos and townhomes, on lots of a twelfth to an eighth of an acre. Aviation Park occupies the former Aviation Country Club grounds at Teller Street and connects to the 40 West ArtLine, a free outdoor path of more than 100 public artworks linking three parks. Edgewater Public Market and its 45 or so stalls and shops are about a mile east on West 20th Avenue. Sheridan Boulevard runs the eastern edge, Colfax Avenue is a third of a mile south, and I-70 is roughly five minutes north.
