Spring Valley Road runs along the foothills line in northwest Boulder, about a quarter mile from Wonderland Lake and just under two miles from Pearl Street Mall. The single-family houses date from roughly 1970 to 1990 and sit on lots of 0.15 to 0.35 acres, generous for a city that mostly builds tighter.
