One of the earliest subdivisions platted in what became Lone Tree, with houses from the 1980s and early 1990s on lots of roughly an eighth to a quarter acre and street trees now at full height. Membership in the association is voluntary, which is unusual in a city where most neighborhoods sit inside a metro district. The Lone Tree Golf Club runs along one edge, an 18-hole Arnold Palmer course that South Suburban Parks and Recreation operates from the clubhouse on Sunningdale Boulevard. Sweetwater Park lies to the north on Mercury Drive, and County Line Road carries east to I-25 and the C-470 interchange within a couple of miles.
