Green Gables Reserve is a gated group of 64 low-maintenance homes that CalAtlantic built between 2016 and 2018 on part of the former Green Gables Country Club. The plan book ran to 13 layouts across three collections, mostly duplex-style patio homes with great-room interiors, private patios, and two-car garages on lots near a twentieth to a tenth of an acre. A clubhouse with multipurpose rooms, a pool, and beach entry on Ward Lake serve the enclave. Belmar Park and its Kountze Lake sit about two miles north at 801 S. Wadsworth Blvd. W Jewell Ave runs east and west from the entrance, Wadsworth is five minutes off, and US-6 about ten.
