This subdivision of roughly 905 houses lies outside Lone Tree's city limits, in unincorporated Douglas County within the Highlands Ranch census area, on the bluff west of the city line. Two-story and ranch plans built from 1996 through 2004 hold 2,000 to 3,500 finished square feet above grade on lots running from 6,000 square feet to a third of an acre, most with basements and two or three car garages. Wildcat Ridge Park sits inside the street grid, Wildcat Mountain Elementary is a block north, and Bluffs Regional Park with its 2.7-mile loop starts immediately east. Quebec Street forms the western edge and runs north to C-470 in about six minutes.
