About 400 custom and semi-custom houses on quarter-acre to half-acre lots, laid out behind a private street network on the rise between Yosemite Street and I-25. The Heritage Hills Metro District, formed in June 1996, maintains those streets and the shared facilities on them, including the clubhouse, two pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and winter snow clearing, while a separate association handles covenants and design review. The Lincoln light rail station sits under a mile northeast, and Park Meadows is about a mile and a half north up Yosemite Street. Cresthill Middle School and Highlands Ranch High School, the Douglas County feeders for this side of the city, are roughly three miles west.
