These acreage properties sit in unincorporated Douglas County along McArthur Ranch Road, west of Lone Tree's city limits and inside the Highlands Ranch census area rather than the city itself. McArthur Ranch Park sits at the east end of the road, and Bluffs Regional Park with its 2.7-mile loop is about two miles east.
