Century Communities finished roughly 50 homesites here between 2016 and 2022, setting large contemporary plans on quarter-acre lots that step down a bluff broken by rock outcroppings. Bluffs Regional Park and its 2.7-mile soft-surface loop begin about a quarter mile west, and Prairie Sky Park picks up the Willow Creek Trail a short distance north. The 55,000-square-foot Lone Tree Recreation Center on RidgeGate Circle, run by South Suburban Parks and Recreation, is roughly half a mile away and holds an indoor track, aquatics, and pickleball courts. RidgeGate Parkway runs east from the neighborhood to I-25 and the RidgeGate Parkway light rail station in under two miles. The primary market sold out, so houses here trade only as resales.
